This group fitness class uses methods inspired by Physical Therapy to balance your joints for more power, flexibility, and pain-free awesomeness. Using precise strengthening, stretching, massage, stability, and balance exercises lead by a Doctor of Physical Therapy student, this class proves that getting bendy doesn’t have to be painful! This is a great class for those new to stretching, coming back from injury, or who are needing a deeper understanding of how to address pain and tightness.
