So you want to learn handstands but you have no idea where to start? Start here! This two-weekend workshop will give you strengthening and mobility exercises to prepare your body for upside down adventures. Getting upside down means teaching your hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders to act like feet and legs! It means teaching your body to feel strong and comfortable while inverted. Doing this prep work will make your handstand progression far more comfortable and speedy!

Kujo’s speciality is taking aspiring handbalancers through a systematic process to develop these muscles according to each student’s individual needs. Where do you need more strength? Where do you need more mobility? What exercises can you do at home every day to make those changes. Learn all this (and get some upside down time) over two weekends and accelerate your upside down education.
