Flexibility starts with balancing your body, using targeted exercises to release where you are tight and strengthen where you need it. This group fitness class uses methods inspired by Physical Therapy to balance your joints for more power, flexibility, and pain-free awesomeness. Using precise strengthening, stretching, massage, stability, and balance exercises lead by a Doctor of Physical Therapy student, this class proves that getting bendy doesn’t have to be painful! This is a great class for those new to stretching, coming back from injury, or who are needing a deeper understanding of how to address pain and tightness.
This is a great beginner class! It is appropriate for all ages and abilities, particularly those who are new to flexibility or whose bodies need some extra TLC in the stretching and strengthening process.
