Body Balance: Getting Upside Down is the Art of Handstands. In this class, students will explore different entries into their Handstands as well as conditioning exercises to be able to hold their Handstands longer. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced hand balancer, this class will be informative as well as a fun challenge for all levels.
