Flexibility does not have to be superpower only mastered by the lucky few.
It is possible to determine the cause of chronic inflexibility and to train range of motion the same way we train strength. When you understand how and why the body gets tight you can apply specific techniques to change that pattern and increase flexibility at any age. This increased range of motion is just as important to being a fit, healthy person as strength and cardio.
