One-On-One Coaching

Sometimes you have specific questions or goals that group classes will not address to your satisfaction. For that, we offer one-on-one coaching & private lessons in flexibility at all levels, handstands, and body mechanics. One-on-one coaching is an excellent option for folks who are working on coming back from injuries, sticky problems that don’t have an easy solution, concerns specific to your body, or a desire for more feedback during training.

Our online sessions bring our coaches to you via the magic of the internet for Zoom lessons anywhere in the world. We do require that you have high-speed internet and a web camera so that we can see what you are up to and interact. For more about our online class tech please see our FaB Tech FAQ.

Online Coaching with Lily or Lena

Accelerate your learning with one-on-one private lessons in flexibility, contortion, targeted strengthening, and mobility with FaB coaches Lily or Lena. This is a great option if you have specific training goals, want to ask questions about your practice, develop a personalized training regimen, or feel stuck in a rut. L & L can guide you through exercises with personalized cueing and feedback.

Online Coaching with Kristina

Kristina will work with you in one-on-one coaching to address your specific concerns around flexibility training, body mechanics, and persistent pesky obstacles to your optimal movement.

In addition to over 10 years coaching contortion, Kristina has studied Pilates, Muscle Activation Technique, and kinetic neurology. She uses movement and isometric contractions to facilitate improved mechanics and flexibility. Her clients range in age from 15-75, athletes to new movers, working to unravel the mysteries that prevent them from enjoying their movement experiences.

These sessions are ideal for the client who is excited to venture deeper into their understanding of how their body works, and commit to discovering new movement patterns that enable greater joy in the body.

Online Assessment with Dr. Su

This is a one-on-one session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience as a dancer, and 7 years of experience teaching and coaching dancers and circus artists. Dr. Su will provide you with a Strength & Flexibility Assessment in which your muscles and joints will be individually assessed to determine the specific strengths and challenges of your unique and amazing body!

This assessment is for one major goal. For example: “I just can’t get my splits flat!” or, “I want my shoulders to open up in my handstand!” These measurements can then be compared to determine what strength or flexibility imbalances exist, and precisely which muscle, joint, or other structure is involved.

You will leave this session with your raw measurements. Within two weeks of your session, you will receive a summary report, detailing what those measurements mean for you and your training goals. Best of all, you will receive a detailed exercise plan to begin reaching those goals!

Follow-up appointments are offered at a discounted rate if you need more than one session to address a particular challenge.

Online Handstands with Sagiv

It is so much easier and faster to learn handstands when you know the tips and tricks of good technique. Sagiv is a pro performer and instructor, working with students of all levels. Whether you are brand new to the upside-down world or looking to refine your form, he has the eye and the experience to quickly identify your strengths and weaknesses, the provide the corrections and drills you need to safely expedite the process.

Sagiv’s private lessons are customized to your own body type, taking into account your current levels of strength and flexibility. There’s much more to learning handstands than you think there is, and this information is vital to learning proper form with safe technique. The combination of these things ensures the fastest and most satisfying progress towards a beautiful handstand.
