Originally from The south of France, Cati Jean leads her career from Los Angeles. International teacher and Choreographer in the industry, as well as the theatre, her style is fluid, sensual, intense and touching. She has been developing her own technique based on the 5 elements, connected to the balance, dynamic et priorities of dance. This technique welcomes the artist to find his/her unique vocabulary and to surpass himself/herself. Cati, also concentrates on developing “The actor” within the “Dancer” with a very organic and natural way, using “Stanislavski technique” Sense memory. From the stage to the studio, she gives her whole body and soul, in order to share her passion – because “Life is Dance, and Dance is Life”!

This class covers basics classical exercises at the barre working on structure, alignment, musicality, grace, coordination, strength, flexibility and energy awareness. Taught with care and passion, Cati will guide, encourage and make you feel alive.
)) Intermediate/Advance Ballet
This class covers all exercises of classical ballet at the barre and center on an intermediate advanced level (Must have danced before taking this class). French school technique with emphasis on long and clean lines and technique with energy awareness and artistic use. Cati ’s passion for dance and life will encourage you to work hard but also enjoy the process.

Cati’s class includes a deep meditative and technical warm up to achieve strength and flexibility. Across the floor exercises and combinations will incorporate more technique and stylistic elements, expanding the students’s dance vocabulary, fluidity and artistic expression. Her style is fluid, sensual, intense and touching. She has been developing her own technique based on the 5 elements, connected to the balance, dynamic and priorities of dance. This technique welcomes the artist to find his/her unique vocabulary and to surpass himself/herself. Cati, also concentrates on developing “The actor” within the “Dancer” with a very organic and natural way, using “Stanislavski technique” Sense memory. The last portion of her class invites her dancers to dive inward and develop a deep connection with the choreography. An intimate and safe place to express and let go.
