Back Muscles Get Tight… Gentle Movement Makes Them Happy Again

Whether you are an advanced back bender or you sit at a desk for too long, there are so many ways that spinal muscles can get sore and stiff. This 30-minute mobility workout requires no equipment, just a table and a tiny bit of floor space. We move the spine in all it’s available directions: forward, sideways, twist, and backbend. All the movement is gentle and supported for max relaxation.

Spines are made to move on purpose! When we aren’t able to access all those different movements, or we are out of balance (the spine is twisted or stuck) it affects the functionality of our entire body. Fortunately it often doesn’t take a major modification to open up, just gentle, regular exploration!
