Warming up well improves your ability to performing any athletic endeavor. Warming up for dance, circus performance, yoga, or other activities that require flexibility means that mobility must be part of your process!

The last workout in our Full Body Stretch quartet has arrived, and it will get you ready for anything! This workout is emphasizes active range so it is perfect for preparing for dynamic exercises as well as your intermediate/advanced flexi training when you need that extra warm-up support.

There is no equipment needed for this workout!

Just find a place where you are comfortable moving and lying on the floor and bring your muscles since we do primarily active stretches in this one, so you will get bendy *and* sweaty!
