Gentle Full Body Mobility Warm-Up

Workout to warm up your body and increase mobility

This full body warm up workout builds a little more heat and intensity for a medium spicy but still accessible warming workout.

This is a great warm-up before a more intense stretch session on cold days, or if your body just needs some active range of motion TLC. We loosen up the spine, shoulders, hips and legs.

The only equipment needed is a table or chair.
