I am definitely NOT a morning person. It usually takes the dog jumping on my head to get me out of bed. But even if you are awake with the dawn, you may still wake up stiff and creaky.

I love this gentle 25-minute routine that takes you from snug in bed to standing up, ready to take on that world. It’s a great way to loosen up and start the day.
