We are just three weeks from the September 3rd launch of my new hamstrings series. To celebrate, we are opening a raffle for three humans with hamstrings to win free access to the Complete Hamstrings Program, a set of 15 workouts for amazing thighs.

The hamstrings series has 4 different programs:

  1. Recovering from a Hamstring Injury: 3 workouts to bring your hamstrings back from a tear or strain to be able to safely train mobility

  2. Mobility for Tight Hamstrings: 5 workouts to build mobility in chronically tight hamstrings and steps to achieve seated forward fold and standing toe touch.

  3. Strong Flexible Hamstrings: 5 workouts to build flexibility and strength together to stabilize over-stretched hamstrings and safely achieve advanced flexibility moves like splits and kicks

  4. Complete Hamstrings Program: 15 workouts including all of the above plus two bonus myofascial release workouts to increase blood flow and relieve tightness and soreness

All of these workouts are designed to be done at home with minimal equipment.

I made these programs because I haven’t seen anything out there that offers these types of exercises for strengthening and stretching the hamstrings outside of a clinical setting.
