How to Strengthen your Feet in the Gym
Foot-Strengthening Exercises for a Strong Lower Body
For my second Vlog episode I’m showing a selection of the exercises I do 3-4 times per week in the gym to keep my feet strong and healthy. I’ll let you know where I found each of these exercises and how I selected and adapted them to work for me.
I’m also touching on why I rejected the doctor’s advice on footwear, which will be the main topic for next week’s episode, the last before my November 8th surgery!
