Our latest uploads to the Video Club Membership are two 20-30 minute routines for addressing shoulder rotation, scapular movement, neck mobility, and upper back extension.

These are the perfect routines for mornings, when you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, or after a long day of hunching over your computer. The only equipment needed is a strap and a chair or low table so you can do it anywhere, anytime.
