Backbends can be a delicious, healthy way to take care of your spine but they can also be scary and potentially damaging if you don't have the strength and control to support your back.

The lastest workout in the Spinal Mobility Series is a great way to warm up for back bending, finding all the different segments of the spine and the muscles that support them. Learn how to open up the hips, obliques, and shoulder blades for more spinal mobility in those tighter areas that tend to resist bending.

This is another no equipment workout. All you need is a pair of socks!
